||Jai mata di||

My family and I visited Mata Vaishno devi in March 2016. With full hope and devotion we visited the pilgrimage for blessings for my first baby.

By easing the rush for mata rani's darshan and constructing a look alike cave has hurt my sentiments as a devotee deeply. A person visiting shrine with full faith and, taking lots of effort in reaching the bhavan to get a glimpse of the deity in seconds of time, standing in huge queue for hours. The sanctum sanctorum where the people visit is the main cave/gufa. How can the shrine board construct an artificial cave to tackle the rush? This isn't a solution.

Carrying a two years old baby isn't a simple task. With so much hope a person visits mata rani/the Goddess shrine, to have her blessings upon my son who has a severe hearing loss. And before going for the expensive Cochlear Implant surgery, what we see is artificial pindis/look-alike stones of our Rani Mata. Why two queues? We spent one whole year in researching about the proper treatment of my son's hearing loss. In the midst of all such pain I got a dream of mata vaishno in the form of pindis.

"Maa app Bulandi"as written on www.maavaishnodevi.org. She called us. We soon prepared our bags and went by car as we did'nt get through Tatkal.

I am still not able to digest that somebody just cheated with the faith of all devotees who come from all over the world to get darshan of maa shaktishali maa sherawali. I saw few old women walking and climbing to Bhavan with hope and prayers.
I haven't seen any other religion playing through peoples sentiments like this. One cannot make Sai Baba's artificial samadhi or another Amarnath or another Mecca. Original form always counts.

Yes, maa is residing in Trikuta hills, yes she is everywhere, but playing with the sentiments of the devotees is a major sin.

Mata vaishno shrine board, yours is literally a poor management and that at one time my brother had to manage the crowd with a single police guard helping people to form queues. If we get a certain time slot and days to visit Ardhkawari, then why not minimise Yatra Parchis so that people plan accordingly at-least a week or two in advance. Why to betray their faith.

I can very well understand the problems you must be facing as it is difficult to manage crowds on hills. But the way you are managing the queues and the crowds is disastrous. Few ladies were seen crying and fighting.

Just as there are advance bookings for helicopters, so you can limit the yatra parchis according to the capacity at bhavan when there is additional rush. Let people wait a day or two in Katra. At least by handling crowds you can maintain cleanliness in toilets which were in pathetic state. Please don't dump the place of sacredness.
Two security guards couldn't manage the queues. It’s not their fault but the responsibility of government of India.

Also, please cross-check the check-posts. They simple ask whether we are carrying nail-cutters or mobiles verbally and checking us? I mean how can you trust whether the person carrying these items or not are replying honestly. I didn't find any single check-post worth for safety. X- ray machines around 5 a.m. at the entrance before Banganga were not even functional.

May God bestow her wisdom upon everyone.

Am ending it by Mata's Amritvani which need to be looked thoughtfully.
